U.S. SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping (United States Only)
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders with a minimum purchase of $19.99. Orders placed by 10:00 AM CST are eligible for same-day processing. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. national holidays.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Please note that deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO addresses may take longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping with an estimated delivery time of 10–21 business days, depending on the destination country. Free international shipping is not available; shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, FEES & IMPORT TAXES
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in shipping fees and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, with no questions asked. If your return request is made within 30 days of delivery, we will accept the return regardless of whether the product has been opened or used. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a replacement request, please include your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and a photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s), then contact us at support@nirvananurture.com
You may be eligible for a free replacement product (subject to availability) or a full refund, at your preference, if any of the following apply:
• The product arrived leaking
• The product container arrived broken or damaged
• An incorrect product was delivered
• One or more items were missing from the order
