AROMATHERAPY

Aromatherapy is a natural and holistic way to enhance your environment and well-being. Add 4–5 drops of your favorite essential oil to a diffuser to fill your space with a refreshing aroma that promotes relaxation, stress relief, better sleep, and emotional balance.

For direct inhalation, place a few drops on a tissue or cotton ball, or tuck it inside your pillowcase before bed.
For decongestion, add 4–6 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the steam for 3–5 minutes. Use extra caution when handling hot water to avoid burns.


TOPICAL USE

 Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil such as coconut, almond, or jojoba oil before applying to the skin. Follow the dilution chart provided on our website for safety and effectiveness.

Skin Care: Mix 3–4 drops with carrier oil or your favorite moisturizer and gently massage.

Hair Care: Combine 3–5 drops with carrier oil or shampoo and apply to the scalp and hair for nourishment and shine.

Pain Relief: Blend 3–5 drops with carrier oil and massage onto affected areas for soothing comfort.


BATH

Add 8–10 drops of essential oil or a custom blend to warm bathwater and swirl to mix. For dry or sensitive skin, include a tablespoon of carrier oil to leave your skin soft and hydrated.
